STAYING CONNECTED TO SELF!

WHEN A PSYCHOLOGICAL PATTERN IS TRIGGERED; COMPULSIVE THOUGHTS CLOUD OUR MINDS;  AND WE BEGIN TO LOSE CONNECTION WITH OURSELVES; IT'S TIME TO "THINK"; "TAKE CHARGE OF OUR WORLDS"! IT'S ONCE AGAIN IN THE VERY NEXT INSTANT TO THINK AGAIN, AGAIN, AGAIN; IT'S TIME TO TAKE CHARGE OF THE WORLD!  WE MUST HAVE A METHOD TO RELEASE THE PAIN (FEELING) ENERGY WHEN WE THINK THAT THOUGHT. THE USE OF THE "YAWN" IS A VALUABLE EMOTIONAL GO TO TOOL THAT WE CAN UTILIZE.  TRY IT! IT DOES WORK! 

WE MUST STAY ALERT AND AWARE OF HOW WE ARE TRIGGERED AND WE CAN INSTANTANEOUS LEARN TO THINK TO TAKE CHARGE IN THAT INSTANT! IT IS A METHOD WHERE WE CAN STAY CONNECTED TO OURSELVES AND INSTANTANEOUSLY RELEASE OUR FEELINGS OF FEAR, ANGER, AND SAD!
