WE CAN MENTALLY LEARN TO DETACH FROM OBSESSIVE THOUGHTS, SELF-CONSCIOUSNESS, OUTCOMES OF SITUATIONS, CIRCUMSTANCES, WORRY, CONCERNS, ANXIETY, DEPRESSION, PAINFUL RELATIONSHIPS, INTERNALIZED AND EXTERNAL JUDGEMENTS WITHIN AND FROM OTHERS, BY LEARNING TO ADDRESS, ACCESS, CONNECT WITH, GO INTO, GO THROUGH, PROCESS OUR INTENSITY OF FEELINGS REFLECTIVE OF THE RANGE OF EMOTIONS ANGER THROUGH RAGE, FEAR THROUGH TERROR AND SADNESS THROUGH GRIEF. WHEN WE DO ENOUGH EMOTIONAL RELEASE, WE TURN THE INTENSITY OF OUR FEELINGS REFLECTIVE OF OUR EMOTIONS OVER TO GOD. WE CAN THEN EXPERIENCE A CLEAR CONNECTION WITH OUR HIGHER POWERS WILL FOR OURSELVES.
