Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and The Courage to Feel Feelings!

Resolution of PTSD
Laughing Wide World Post Traumatic Stress Disorder sufferers can find peace of mind and faith in learning to feel the the intensity of their feelings reflective of the range of emotions anger through rage, sadness through grief and fear through terror. Yes, Yes, Yes, it's possible if and when the will is present! Yes, Yes, Yes, there is hope! It will and it does take courage to achieve the goal of feeling the intensity of feelings reflective of the range of emotions! It's the answer and the resolution of PTSD.  When will the mental health community accept the above realty? How long will they stay in their state of denial and resistance?

Laughing The mental health system doesn't promote this answer because of practitioners own resistance to the above solution. It's fear, It's fear, It's fear. It's their own fear!
Practitioners are not trained in peer counseling, emotional release (animated laughter, yawn, shaking, hot/cold sweats, chattering, storming, primal sound, breathwork, tai chi chuan, Qi Gong, Tae Kvon Do, vini yoga (yoga of the breath, posture and form) and other forms of dynamic release. The academic institutions are not atune to these methods. It's a shame, it's a shame, and it's a shame. Why the resistance?
Laughing I'm doing my best to change it through this blog, my books, my animated laughter class with feelings, my speaking out. I'm frustrated because of too, too, much resistance. It's time to wake up wide world!
Laughing I find peace in the following twelve step prayer, "God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference".
Namaste
