To Judge or Not To Judge and That Is The Question?
The mental health system does the best job it can do. It doesn't do a very good job. Unfortunately, it lacks the professional understanding that human beings need to let go and release their feelings reflective of their emotions.
There are few mental health professionals who are adequately trained in emotional release. The animated laughter, sobbing, the yawn, storming, hot/cold sweats, shaking, chattering, and stretching. Most mental health professionals learn hopefully to support their clients in the release of their feelings only through verbal means. Well, it's far from enough.
What gets in professionals way is the same what gets in non-professionals way "fear". It's long over do for a dramatic change. It's time for all human beings to learn to become comfortable with emotional release methods, primal sound, and breath methodologies.
It's most certainly fair to judge others who bitch about their issues by saying to them it's time to learn to let go of their bitching and truely learn to let go by learning the above mentioned methods.
It's in learning the above methods where resolution of a myriad of issues such as the separation, abandonment, betrayal, and neglect components of trust can be conquered!Hugs
