How about just practicing “Animated Laughter with Feelings” (ALWF) just for the fun of “IT” on a daily basis.  You just might make yourself a happier, healthier and more abundant person?  After all, getting a daily high and shot of dopamine, endorphins, and opioids just might be good for you and your immune system.  But don’t just practice it once a day, you just might want to have a double or triple dose of the above hormones streaming through your blood stream. It’s great if you want to experience health, happiness, abundance, and great relationships with others as well.

It’s a great antedote for the blues. It’s difficult to be blue when you are rocking and rolling with laughter, especially with hysterical laughter! I’m sure your primary and even your specialist physicians will encourage you just to go for it without having an impulsive thought or thoughts, or compulsive-obsessive thoughts which just might prevent you from experiencing the joy, the optimum health, and possible abundance that can come from just allowing and permitting yourself undeniable release and relinquishment of tensions in your nervous system! 

The wide world just may become a more peaceful, and less dramatic place?
