WE CAN BETTER STRENGTHEN OUR SELF-ACCEPTANCE AND OUR SELF AFFIRMATION WHEN OUR EXPERIENCES ARE POSITIVE. WE CAN ALSO EXPERIENCE OUR SELF-ACCEPTANCE AND OUR SELF-AFFIRMATION WHEN OUR EXPERIENCES, CIRCUMSTANCES AND SITUATIONS ARE NEGATIVE AS WELL!
WE CAN ACHIEVE POSITIVE SELF-ACCEPTANCE AND POSITIVE SELF AFFIRMATION WHEN WE HAVE THE EMOTIONAL TOOLS TO "FEEL OUR FEELINGS" REFLECTIVE OF OUR EMOTIONS! THE PROFUNDER WE FEEL OUR FEELINGS, THE PROFOUNDER WE CAN EXPERIENCE, EMOTIONALLY, OUR SELF-ACCEPTANCE AND SELF-AFFIRMATION.
 
OUR SELF-ACCEPTANCE AND AFFIRMING OURSELVES IS YET MORE POWERFUL AND EMPOWERING WHEN THE ENERGIES OF HURT AND TRAUMA ARE PRESENT.
THE HURT AND TRAUMATIZING ENERGIES CAN BE CATYLISTS TO ENHANCE AND AFFIRM OUR SELF-ACCEPTANCE.
 
VICTIMHOOD, SELF-DENIAL, NEGATIVE SELF-JUDGMENT FALLS ALWAY WHEN WE RELEASE THE "BAD" FEELINGS REFLECTIVE OF THE EMOTIONS.
  WE CAN THEN STRENGTHEN OURSELVES! WE CAN THEN REINFORCE AND RE AFFIRM OURSELVES AS AN EMOTIONALLY STRONGER HUMAN BEING. IT CAN BE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR YET MORE OPTIMISTIC POINTS OF VIEWS, ATTITUDES, AND PROACTIVE ACTIONS IN THE WIDE WORLD! IT CAN BE ACHIEVED AS LONG AS WE HAVE THE EFFECTIVE, EFFICIENT, AND FOCUSED EMOTIONAL TOOLS.
