ANATOMY OF FEELINGS REFLECTIVE OF EMOTIONS

THE ANATOMY OF FEELINGS REFLECTIVE OF EMOTIONS
LaughingPsychology is focused on four many categories of therapy. These include congitive, emotional, social learning (motivational learning) and spiritual. The ten main components of self include the mental, emotional, spiritual, our spirit, physical, social, creative, heart, intuitive, and soul centers.
LaughingHuman Behavior is often impacted by feelings reflective of emotions. The five main emotions are anger, fear, sad, glad, and love. We can also point to guilt and shame as significant emotions. Each emotion has dimensions that we can quantify through the variety of practices. These include: connected healing breath, primal sound, peer counseling and others. The connected healing breath and peer counseling are strong emotional tools that we need to have at hand in our emotional tool box. The manifestations of emotional release, sobbing, yawning, animated laughter, stretching, shaking of the body, chattering, hot/cold sweats, storming, sobbing, tearing, active kidneys, and verbally connecting with feelings reflective of emotion and learning to surrender and release them are used for our deliverance. We feel better when we have just let go!
Foot in mouth Our healing requires that we surrender and release enough of the feelings. When we experience the dimensions of our emotions we come to understand that our feelings have intensities (mild to strong, severe) shades of color (light, shadow, dark, and black holes), degrees (cold through hot), depths (shallow through profound or deep), and forms or pictures (dreams, nightmares). The intensities, shades of color, degrees, depths, forms and pictures, of feelings reflect the ranges of emotions, anger through rage, sad through grief, fear through terror, infatuation through true love, and joy through ectasy. The dark emotions are known as anger, fear, and sad. The light emotions are joy and love.

SmileThe dark emotions normally reflect hurt, trauma, past unfulfilled or present unfulfilled needs, daily stress, or physically pain that causes emotional distress.
KissHow can I conceptualize and quantify feelings reflective of emotions? How do I know and understand the anantomy of feelings reflective of emotions? Are they intangible? Can I experience feelings reflective of emotions in a tangible concrete way? How can I visualize them? What are some examples? I have experience surrendering and releasing feelings, reflective of emotions over many decades using a variety of methods.

KissThere are many issues that I address in my practices of counseling. These include neglect, birth trauma, emotional abuse, physical abuse, abandonment, betrayal, separation, neglect, boredom, relationship conflicts, scarcity, alexithymia (disconnect in thought and feeling), PTSD, co-dependency, addiction, loneliness, and loss.

EmbarassedWe have a lifetime relationship with a significant other and they suddenly pass. We are devastated. The loss is devastating. We experience severe feelings of intense sadness, depression and anxiety. The range of emotion is sadness through grief. In this case we experience profound grief. The issue is loss of a loved one. President Woodrow Wilson experienced profound depression upon the loss of his first wife Helen.
FrownOn the other hand, an acquaintance passes. We experience mild feelings of sadness. The range of emotion is sadness through grief. Here, our feelings are significantly less intense.
KissI describe the processes in my books "I Dare to Heal with Compassionate Love" and "I Dare to Heal with Spiritual Power". The emotional release experiences have enabled me to experience the different range of dimensions of feelings reflective of the different range of dimensions of emotions.

RECOVERY-ARTHROSCOPIC SURGERY

RECOVERY-ARTHROSCOPIC SURGERY
LaughingIt's been over two weeks since I had arthroscopic surgery and I'm in the best healthy shape ever! I'm glad I had the surgery. My left knee is stronger than ever. I feel great! I hyperextended the left knee March 13th 2006 on the job. It's been very painful for the last nine months. I've had a history of knee surgeries. I had a total right knee replacement in December of 1999 and thereafter complications. The surgeon had me a week in the hospital and three weeks in a nursing home. The leg swelled up like a large balloon and the pain was unbelieveable. I worked through the pain with both traditional and non-traditional healing methods. I wrote a chapter about the total knee joint replacement in my first book "I Dare to Heal with Compassionate Love". The name of the chapter was "The seam between heaven and hell".
LaughingThe hyperextension occurred on the job. I applied for workers compensation and was able to obtain coverage. I used non-traditional methods and worked when terrible pain. I refused to obtain medical care outside of the structure of workers compensation. I have limited private health insurance and as we know health care in the United States is extremely expensive.
SmileI used many alternative methods to obtain relief. The methods included: connected circular healing breath, primal/primordial sound, peer counseling (rc.org), and the myriad manifestations of emotional release. I used supplements including: traumeel gel, arnica 200ck, liquid msm, glucosamine, and chondroitin, ice therapy, magnets, acupuncture, tai chi chih, support groups, and meditation. I had no success with healing. The alternative methods helped but did not resolve the issues. Arnica 200ck is one of the strongest homeopathic medications used to alleviate the pain. Traumeel Gel is used to decrease the swelling. I began limping and the pain just increased. The pain radiated from the left knee to the lower left side of the back. The pain would wake me early in the morning. I began to take Darvocet prescribed my the surgeon. Darvocet has two extra strength tylenol and has a synthetic opium. The Darvocet helped with relaxation but didn't alleviate the pain.
SealedThe insurance company refused the surgeon's request for a MRI. I wrote an appeal because of my experiencing a limp and the severe pain. The insurance company granted permission for the test. The MRI showed a torn medial meniscus. I had the surgery and used ice and the other alternative methods of healing subsequent to the procedure. I recommend msm, chondroitin, and glucosamine.
LaughingThe surgeon notified me that torn tissue had jammed into my medial meniscus. The surgeon had removed the excess tissue and trimmed the meniscus. The pain was intense and thank goodness it's over.

SECRETS OF HEALING AND ESSENCE OF SPIRITUALITY

THE SECRET OF HEALING AND THE ESSENCE OF OUR SPIRITUALITY
Laughing I have a client who is suffering from a common ailment that could lead to their death. My client is self-contained. They are a bundle of self-contained fear. They are terrified of showing themselves, of learning to open up, of addressing, connecting with, going into, surrendering, and learning to express their fears naturally.
LaughingOur emotional hurt and trauma snow balls, accumulates, is triggered and retriggered. There is an accumulation impact in the cells of our bodies. The accumulation creates a chemical reaction that creates deadly disease. My client has developed a life threatening disease because of their unwillingness to address their feelings reflective of emotions, emotionally. They are unwilling to open up!
Surprised When we get hurt or traumatized emotionally feelings are laid into our emotional bodies. Feelings have differenct intensities, degrees, depths, and dimensions. They reflect the nature of the hurt or trauma. The intensities could be mild through severe, the degrees could be zero to hundred, the depths could be shallow to profound, and the dimensions could be the shades of light, through shades of shadow, and the shades of dark. The feelings reflect the range of emotions from sadness through grief, from anger through rage, and from fear through terror. It's not unusual for human kind to have dysfunctional behaviors based upon the above explanation. The feelings reflective of our hurt and traumatized feelings reflect our unhealthy emotions which reflect our conditioning and result in our dysfunctional unhealthy behaviors.
LaughingI have four decades of experience accessing feelings reflective of emotions and releasing them naturally. The yawn, the animated laughter, the tearing, the sobbing, the shaking, the hot and cold sweats, the scratching, the storming, the chattering, and the use of primal/primordial sounds, the peer counseling, and the circular healing connected breath are the chief methods that I use to achieve access and release of my own feelings reflective of emotions that do not serve me and my personal expansion.
SurprisedThe above methods when practiced consistently are effective and are resolutions of both emotionally and physical (organic) related diseases. I quite frankly don't know of other deep rooted solutions. The other methods that I've become aware of help but do not do the deep cellular job. The myriad of other methods that I've written about will open the door so that the above methods can be used.
Foot in mouthOur societies and our educational systems are not open to the use of the above methods. It's a trajedy because they work!
LaughingThe above methods are the catlysts to our spirituality. The help us not only to heal but also to connect with the almighty.

Co-Dependents Anonymous/A Twelve Step Program

TWELVE STEP PROGRAMS
Frown Co-Dependece Anonymous and other twelve step programs provide a valuable service for participants who are in need of being with others who are struggling mentally, emotionally, and spiritually with their lives.
Participants find others who share their stories and find hope in listening to others issues, problems, and life challenges. The sharing is significant in helping individuals eliminate the isolation that participants experience.
Kiss Co-Dependence Anonymous is a significant twelve speed program because it addresses patterns of self-esteem, denial, compliance, and control.
Those who have compliance patterns experience a compulsion to satisfy others needs. They compromise their own needs, desires, wants, and values in order to satisfy others needs, desires, wants, and vlues. These individuals experience helplessness, powerlessness, and guilt are common issues. There is a loss of self-esteem. It hurts.
Embarassed The sharing at twelve step meetings help people to clarify their behaviors. Hopefully participants become aware of their behaviors and choose, decide, and permit themselves to begin to change.
Embarassed I have experienced many participants who are stuck emotionally and experience a sense of helplessness to do anything about their behavior. Participants experience depression because of their inability to transform their behaviors. I have been a participant in a co-dependents anonymous meetings for three years. I express my success at the meetings because of my use of powerful tools that enable me to move the intensity of feelings reflective of the my own hurt and trauma reflective of the range of emotions, anger through rage, fear through terror, and sadness through grief. It takes powerful tools to move deeply rooted feelings reflective of strong emotion out of the body. I've experienced significant behavior change as a result.

Twelve Steps

TWELVE STEPS
Laughing TWELVE STEP programs are significant for personal growth. They help to manage our issues. It's comforting to attend a support group where I can give and receive support from other human beings. We listen to each others stories and this is of great benefit to each of us. The format of twelve step programs involves the listening activity. This activity is essential for us to air out what is going on inside ourselves. It helps us to know that another human being is, well, listening to our story.
Foot in mouthFinally, there is a spiritual quality to twelve step programs that is highly beneficial. After attending a period of time, we somehow sense that a spiritual entity, perhaps angels, are present to hear our troubles.
FrownIn my next blog I will be speaking about other benefits and deficiencies of twelve step programs.

Arthroscopic Surgery, Recovery Continues

Recovery Continues
My recovery from athroscopic knee surgery has been amazing. I was able to use a stationary bicycle and complete a 360 degree cycle within six hours after the surgery.
Smile The use of the primal, primordial sound, connected circular healing breath, and the myriad manifestations of emotional release to address, connect with, go into, surrender, and release pain energy accelerated the healing process. The use of ice and homeopathic over the counter arnica strenght 200 ck to reduce pain and trameel tablets to reduce swelling helped as well. The prescription of Darvocet, containing extra strength tylenol and a synthetic opium helped with my sleep. I also used relaxing music to quiet my mind and listened to sanskrit chant while practicing the circular connected healing breath. Peer Counseling enabled me to connect with another and share my healing process as well. I participated in a 12 step program, co-dependence anonymous where I also received support. Tai Chi Chih enabled me to calm any residual anxiety. I'm scheduled to see the surgeon for a follow up visit tomorrow.
My Best for the Holidays

arthroscopic surgery

MOVING THROUGH PAIN ENERGY
Embarassed I'm processing knee pain energy because of my arthroscopic surgery this past tuesday. This is an an opportunity to write about and share with all of you how authentic natural healing occurrs.
FrownI had arthroscopic surgery on the morning of December 12th in San Diego. The surgeon prescribed extra strength vicodin. The medicine just kept me awake on tuesday night. I went to my natural methods of emotional release to move the pain energy out of my body.
LaughingI used ice around my knee and used the connected circular healing breath to address and connect with the pain energy coming from the left knee joint. I pulled oxygen into the emotional space where the pain was coming from. I CONNECTED WITH THE PAIN. I FELT IT!
SmileI surrended and released it upon the exhale. I make sure that my jaw drops as I exhale and out come the painful feelings. I'm an expert with the myriad manifestations of emotional release. These include: animated laughter, tearing, yawning, scratching, shaking, chattering, hot/cold sweats, and storming. I persist until the pain begins to dissipate. I also use the primal sound to help me access the painful feelings. These three processes result in a cleansing of the pain energy, healing, and a renewal of the self. It definitely works. I finally take a Darvocet to totally relax me and then I fall off to sleep.
Good Night!

Addressing Unfulfilled Needs

ADDRESSING THE UNFULFILLED NEEDS IN SPIRITUAL COUNSELING

I listen actively to clients when they tell me their stories. When I say "actively" it means listening to their stories with a present awareness of their patterns reflective of unfulfilled needs. Naturally, it takes a good deal of experience to pick up the depth, degree, and dimension of the dissonance as they tell me their stories.

I'm successful in my own processing in addressing my own unfulfilled needs. The unfulfilled needs can include many feelings reflective of emotions. The need for emotional security through nurturing is one major unfulfilled need that comes up in an individual's story all the time.

How do we address the unfulfilled need for emotional security? I extend loving compassion to the client. It will come from me in my body language, verbally, a touch of the hand. How I do it is significant. The client will respond by daring to feel their emotions surrounding their hurt, trauma, emotional distress reflective of a myriad of issues.

The issues could include betrayal from or by someone, separation, neglect, abandonment or other reason. I'm always effective in addressing the unfulfilled needs of clients and supporting them in processing through the feelings reflective of the emotions.

Please feel free to correspond with me about an issues that you are confronted by. I have a spiritual practice in San Diego California and I can be reached through e-mail at jVorensky@sciti.com

Best

Joel
