OUR THOUGHTS, CONCERNS, WORRIES, AND ANXIETIES

OUR THOUGHTS, CONCERNS, WORRIES, AND ANXIETIES
IF AND WHEN WE ARE EXPERIENCING AN ON-GOING STRESSFUL SITUATION OR CIRCUMSTANCES OUR MENTAL CAPACITY TO COPE IS IMPACTED. THE PROGRESSION OF THOUGHTS, CONCERNS, WORRIES, AND FINALLY ANXIETY OCCURS. THE ON-GOING STRESS SITUATION MAY DEVELOP INTO AN ANXIETY STATE. IT'S IMPORTANT FOR US TO OBTAIN HELP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. WITH STRESSFUL THOUGHTS, CONCERNS, AND WORRIES CONFIDING IN A FRIEND IS SUFFICIENT. WITH ANXIETIES A COUNSELOR OR THERAPIST MAY BE NEEDED. TO OFTEN, WE MAKE A CASE FOR A SITUATION. WHEN THE STRESS SITUATION BECOMES OVERLY STRESSFUL OUR THINKING MAY HAVE EVOLVED INTO A DISTRESSFUL ANXIETY FILLED STATE OF MIND. WE MAY BECOME OUT OF TOUCH WITH WHAT IS, WITH REALITY. THE SOLUTION IS TO BECOME AWARE OF OUR CIRCUMSTANCES AND SITUATION AND ASK FOR HELP. WE NEED TO REACH OUT AND ASK FOR HELP UNDER THE ABOVE CIRCUMSTANCES. SOMETIMES, WE MUST FORCE OURSELVES TO ASK FOR HELP. THE SOCIALIZATION PROCESS, THE COMPETITIVE SOCIETY, THE DEFENSES (DENIAL) AND THE EMOTIONAL AND COGNITIVE CONTROLS REINFORCE OUR BODY ARMOR. IT BECOMES DIFFICULT EVEN FOR US TO ASK FOR HELP. NEVERTHELESS, THE TENSION ACCUMULATES. IT BECOMES AN UNHEALTHY MENTAL STATE. WE, THEN, MUST REACH OUT AND ASK FOR HELP!
WE MUST DEVELOP THE COGNITIVE, EMOTIONAL, SPIRITUAL, AND PRACTICAL TOOLS ADDRESS OUR ANXIETY STATES OF MIND. I'VE WRITTEN PREVIOUSLY ABOUT THE THREE CATEGORIES OF HOW WE CAN ADDRESS OUR INNER BURDENS. PLEASE REFER TO PREVIOUS BLOGS.
