ANIMATED LAUGHTER WORKSHOP
The First Spiritualist Church had me do a presentation and an animated laughter workshop on Sunday, March 4th. The participants laughed for 80 minutes without a break. The purpose of the workshop is to release dissonant feelings reflective of shadow, dark, and deep seated profound emotions. The three key emotions, anger, fear, and sadness.
The presentation and workshop were successful and the participants loved it. I reached out to Midtown Church of Religious Science today and the Reverend Kevin Bucy also showed an interest in an animated laughter workshop. I'm doing a presentation at the Universalist Unitarian Church on Friday, March 23rd. All are invited. The presentations and workshop will be announced. They will be held in San Diego, CA.
